Amy (staff member) told the board, “the legal noticing requirements were not completely met for this and we are shifting the public, or we recommend to shift the public hearing to May 20 to allow for proper noticing.” The board requested that staff post an announcement online and notify members of the public who might be waiting for the hearing.
