Shelter staff told the Baker County Animal Advisory Board on April 22 that the shelter’s live‑release reporting system had experienced repeated outages and freezing, which left some animals incorrectly listed as still in custody. Staff said they will rerun and correct January, February and March reports and provide the updated live‑release statistics to the board by the end of the week.
