Ways and Means accepts reports on infrastructure grants meant to support housing development
The committee acknowledged reports on the Infrastructure Support Fund ($3.0M) and on infrastructure projects funded by SB 1530 ($88.8M for 44 projects expected to serve about 27,000 units); applications and contracts are underway and most funds will carry forward to the next biennium for completion.
