Troy Holdings LLC won board approval to reapply a previously approved binding development plan and to rezone a parcel to allow a specific BU2 use limited by a new BDP. Attorney Cole Oliver told the Board the same BDP had been approved in 2023 but was not recorded before the prior owner sold the property; the new owner requested the Board re-approve that plan so work can proceed.
