The Villa Rica City Council returned from executive session and approved two personnel actions: entering an agreement with Sumter Local Government Consulting for an interim community development position and pursuing a short-term agreement with Mark Teal to cover that role, and formally appointing Jennifer Hallman as interim city manager until at least the council's May meeting or until a longer-term interim agreement is reached.
