The Graham County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 2025-03 authorizing the county to pursue a refunding of eligible outstanding bonds, and the board later convened as the Graham County Jail District board to approve a companion resolution (Resolution 2025-02) for the jail district’s pledged revenue refunding obligations.
