Kent County panel approves Clark Farm access for 4-acre Reed parcel to meet MALPF inspection rules

The Kent County Agricultural Land Preservation Board approved use of a private access across an adjacent property so the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation can inspect a 4-acre portion of the Reed farm separated by railbanked tracks; motion passed with a mover and second and the board signaled approval.

The Kent County Agricultural Land Preservation Board voted to approve access across the neighboring Clark Farm so the Reed family can include a 4-acre area of their property in a Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation (MALPF) easement despite the acreage being separated by railbanked railroad tracks.
