Abra Robinson of the City of Atlanta Department of Law summarized the city curfew ordinance for committee members, saying the code makes it “unlawful for any minor 16 years of age or younger to loiter, wander, stroll, or play” in public places between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. on most days, and between midnight and 6 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
