LAFAYETTE, Colo. — City staff on April 22 outlined process changes to how the municipal work plan will be presented and tracked, introduced a new memo format summarizing boards’ and commissions’ 2024 accomplishments and 2025 priorities, and provided a tentative cadence of recurring council items to improve agenda predictability.
Alex Nelson, assistant to the city manager, described the work-plan refresh as an effort to make visible how project-focused work and day-to-day operations are spread across departments.
