Planning commission recommends use‑permit requirement for assembly halls, corrects stormwater references in UDC
On April 23 the Milton Planning Commission recommended approval of two zoning text amendments: RZ2505 (require Assembly Hall/event facilities to be permitted via use permit rather than by right) and RZ2506 (correct internal UDC references for stormwater detention design). Both recommendations were unanimous.
