At its April 22 meeting the Coffee County Health, Welfare and Recreation Committee discussed gaps in hydrant coverage across rural districts, a countywide hydrant mapping app used by volunteer departments, and a stalled effort to extend Manchester's water lines to several homes on JE Sarton Road.
