Staff also noted that the current alternate, Sylvia Maracas, had missed two meetings in the past 12 months and had not been requested for elevation to a regular position.
A motion to reappoint Jackson and Shea was made and approved by voice vote with the mayor announcing the motion passed 5-0. The record does not show the text of a roll-call naming the mover and seconder.
