The Wichita Falls City Council voted April 15 to annex 33.18 acres on Randy Drive at the request of the property owner and to designate the property’s zoning as light industrial. The ordinance was considered under the authority cited in the agenda packet as Texas Local Government Code chapter 43, Subchapter C (municipal annexation at the request of owners).
