The commission approved the minutes of its March 26 meeting, granted a new car-dealer class 3-style license (tires and rims only) for VJ Auto and Rims at 1576 State Street, and approved the transfer of a liquor license from Father and Son's Pizza Inc., DBA Sofia's Pizza and Sports Bar, to Rocky and Louie Inc., DBA Sofia's Bar and Grill at 465 Redwood Boulevard. That transfer included agreement to schedule a separate late-night entertainment hearing because the new owners plan to keep later hours on some nights.
