Sawyer County HHS approves 2025 fee schedule resolution

The Sawyer County Health and Human Services Department approved a resolution adopting its 2025 fee schedule at the department's April 8, 2025 meeting.

Department staff presented the proposed fee schedule and said the update mainly clarifies language, consolidates multiple antibiotic entries into a single non‑340B category and notes which drugs may be ordered under 340B pricing. A motion to approve the resolution was made, seconded and the motion carried.

According to the presentation materials provided to the committee, the revisions are intended to make fees clearer for consumers and to reflect a recent cost analysis. Staff described the changes as “minor adjustments” intended to put language into plain English for clients and to specify when 340B pricing applies to drug orders. No further changes to specific dollar amounts were raised during the motion discussion.

The committee recorded the motion as carried; the resolution will be retained with department records and the signed copy was confirmed available at the meeting.

The committee also discussed other department reports during the meeting but did not tie additional budgetary decisions directly to the fee schedule vote.
