On March 13, 2025, the Dickson County Planning Commission approved three separate subdivision plats: the final plat for Edward Wayne Properties at Jones Creek Subdivision, the sketch plat for Alluvium (formerly proposed RV site) on Piney Road, and the preliminary plat for Danielson Hollow subdivision on Furnace Hollow Road.
