Johnson County staff asked the Board of Commissioners to authorize an exception to the county expenditure threshold and approve a one-year term and supply contract with Traffic Control Services (TCS) for vehicle upfitting of Sheriff's Office vehicles in an annual amount not to exceed $350,000.
