Clinton County Council approves interlocal agreement with Frankfurt to split PIP economic-development budget
The Clinton County Council voted unanimously to enter an interlocal agreement with the City of Frankfurt to split the roughly $200,000 annual PIP budget about half-and-half, revise the PIP bylaws and appoint county representatives to the PIP board.
