Council reviewed two preliminary applications for water service: a 1-acre parcel for Douglas and Aria Horton at 10647 Stonewall Road whose well failed, and a 0.44-acre parcel owned by Gladys Brothers Property Holdings LLC at 411 Patience Drive; staff said sewer is not available to either parcel.
