Susan (Public Works) and staff said three projects are under contract and in progress: water-line and pump-station work on Tower/Spirit Lake Highway; a contract-awarded guardrail repair run estimated at about $460,000; and an awarded Tootle wastewater treatment plant upgrade (about $1.45 million, ARPA-funded) that will appear on next week’s agenda for execution. A FEMA-funded Tang Creek culvert project is scheduled for a call for bids next week, staff said.
