The Green Bay Plan Commission on March 10 recommended declaring multiple city‑owned downtown parcels as surplus property and directing them to the Redevelopment Authority (RDA) for disposition and redevelopment. Two separate but related items were considered and both were forwarded to City Council for March 18 review.
