Senator Justin Boyd presented House Bill 1587, which adds pharmacies to Arkansas's any‑willing‑provider provisions so that pharmacies (the businesses) are recognized in contracting language rather than individual pharmacists. "Typically, contracts are with pharmacies, not pharmacists," Boyd told the committee, and the bill simply clarifies statutory language.
