Renee Conley, speaking on behalf of applicant Patricia Oliver, described the request as needed for a garage that would occupy a 50‑foot strip extending toward a back property and said the revised plan connects the owner’s property across the tract.
The commission’s action was recorded as final unless appealed; the chair told the applicant to check back with staff after the standard appeal period. The planning commission’s recommendation will be forwarded as appropriate if an appeal is filed.
