Council approves second reading adopting WSDOT standard specifications

Staff said there were no substantive changes to the proposed ordinance since first reading and recommended adoption. The ordinance standardizes the city’s technical construction specifications to the WSDOT edition noted in the ordinance.
A motion to approve the second reading passed on a 6–0 voice vote with no recorded opposition.
