The City of Sandy Springs has started work on the second and final phase of the Roswell Road Streetscapes project, city staff said. The project will add 9-foot sidewalks and street lighting along Roswell Road between Northwood Drive and Lake Placid Drive; crews are demolishing, grading and preparing the site now.
