The Decatur County Area Plan Commission tabled APC petition 2025-5, a request by Roy Sailor to rezone about 7.126 acres from A1 to R2 for a proposed subdivision. Commissioners and staff said they need engineered detention/retention plans for the site — including coordination with a proposed larger retention pond on adjacent acreage — before moving forward.
