City to seek proposals to dispose small parcel near Stone Ridge; council asked to authorize RFP process

City staff told the council the city owns a small parcel adjacent to the Stone Ridge residential development that was conveyed to the city by dedication at the time of development. Carter said neighbors have periodically asked whether the city would dispose of the land and that staff propose an RFP process to allow potentially interested private parties, including adjacent homeowners, to submit proposals.
