"We certainly need someone in place at this time to replace this individual to keep the program going," county staff said, noting the position provides program coordination across multiple counties. Staff said hiring could be internal as a backfill, could be filled by Becker County staff taking lead, or could be an external hire; the county asked permission to post the position immediately to ensure continuity.
