Solar developer says Sandy Springs library and Benson Center will get rooftop panels under no-upfront-cost model
Cherry Street Energy introduced its no-upfront-cost rooftop solar model during public comment and said panels are under construction at the Benson Center and planned for the Sandy Springs Library; the company asked to work with the city on additional projects.

Andrew Quigley of Cherry Street Energy told the council during public comment that his firm installs, owns and maintains rooftop solar arrays at no upfront capital cost to the host building. The host pays monthly only for the electricity the array generates.
