The Walton County Technical Review Committee on March 5, 2025, handled a full slate of plat and development applications: the committee conditionally approved several final plats and minor-development orders to advance to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC), development order or the design review board, continued others for resubmittal or additional review, and approved minutes and routine continuances at the start of the meeting.
