Public comment, interpersonal tensions and an on‑the‑record apology punctuate CAG session

At the end of the meeting the CAG opened the floor to public comment and registered a notable interpersonal exchange among members that was acknowledged on the record.

A resident (Carmen De Leon) urged stronger public outreach, a statewide approach to preventing clear‑cutting of trees, and more durable building materials; her comments were recorded in the public‑comment portion of the meeting packet.
