Votes at a glance: DuPage County Development Committee approves zoning variations and conditional use items
At its March 4 meeting the committee approved several zoning items with little discussion: DCO 12-25 (Zoning 24-85) conditional use to reduce an interior site setback for an existing shed; DCO 13 (variations) to reduce rear-yard setbacks for an addition and patio; and other minor variations—all approved by voice vote.
