Terry (county transit staff) said the full document is roughly 218 pages and that major TDP updates are required every five years with annual updates in between. Commissioners thanked staff for outreach and for preparing the document. Public commenter Sandra Sullivan asked the board to conduct cost‑benefit analysis before large fleet changes such as electrification and urged unified policies on municipal fees for transit infrastructure.
