The Lander County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 27 awarded the contract to upgrade audio and video equipment at the Lander County Civic Center, awarding the bid to Absolute Audio Visual of Utah LLC with a base bid of $133,502.03 and a bid alternate of $8,500.
