Resident raises transparency concerns about River Falls Police Department
A resident told the council they had filed public-records requests and expressed concern about a perceived decline in transparency from the River Falls Police Department over the past year.

During public comments, Dana Linscott said she had filed Freedom of Information and public-records requests with the city and the River Falls Police Department while investigating matters at the request of constituents and that she had noticed "a distinct further lack of transparency in the past year, especially from the River Falls Police Department." Linscott said she tried to limit burden on staff when filing requests.
