Warren County planning staff presented three planning items to the Board of Supervisors on Jan. 14: a text amendment to change conditional‑use permit (CUP) expiration procedures and add a reapplication restriction; a draft ordinance establishing standards for adult businesses by conditional use permit; and an updated comprehensive plan with alternative land‑use map options for the Route 345/22 corridor.
