EDA approves Valley Landscaping to continue Falling Branch grounds maintenance

The Montgomery County Economic Development Authority approved Valley Landscaping’s proposal to provide grass-cutting services at Falling Branch for 2025 after staff said a prior low bidder failed to perform.

Staff told the board Valley Landscaping had taken over the final three months of the previous contractor’s contract because the low bidder did not complete required work. "No issues with their service in the past four years," a staff member said about Valley Landscaping.
