Rebuilding Together Northern Nevada to run Gerlach housing-rehab program; county to help bundle projects
Washoe County staff and Rebuilding Together Northern Nevada will offer no-cost home repairs for eligible low-income and disabled homeowners in Gerlach and will bundle contractor work for additional homeowners to reduce travel costs. A community survey is open Feb. 13–March 13; assessments begin Feb. 17 and repairs are planned July–September.

Washoe County told the Gerlach CAB it is partnering with Rebuilding Together Northern Nevada to deliver a targeted housing-rehabilitation program for low-income homeowners, seniors and people with disabilities in Gerlach and nearby hamlets, and to bundle additional homeowner projects to attract contractors.
