The consultant provided a cost estimate for the contract support: approximately $700–$1,000 per month depending on scope, and a rough annual estimate of about $3,600 for the proposed consulting/update services.
A motion to proceed with a contract amendment to add vision coverage passed by voice vote. Board members asked staff to prepare the final contract and provide the paperwork for signature once the scope and pricing are confirmed.
