Representative Shelly B. (Bossard) Davis, sponsor of the bill, told the House Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection on Feb. 25 that Oregon law currently requires a full real-estate license to sell timeshares but that existing real-estate pre-licensing courses and broker tests do not cover timeshare-specific topics.
