Muchu Fabayi, president and CEO of Performance Fact, joined the Feb. 24 SD U-46 Board meeting to present an update on the district’s strategic planning process and a condensed four-page summary of the draft plan. Lola Maestroovich and other district staff supported the presentation.
Fabayi said the planning process convened multiple stakeholder teams (including a student-voice team) and that, as of the presentation, the project had held about 35 sessions and received roughly 711 survey responses to the draft plan (about 350 parents, 250 staff, and 66 students).
