The City of Alpine Planning and Zoning Commission approved a recommendation that the City Council introduce an ordinance updating Appendix C (zoning) of the Alpine Code of Ordinances. The package includes changes to general zoning regulations, updated land‑use categories, clarified permitted and prohibited uses, and new or revised definitions for housing types.
