Following a closed session to discuss contract negotiations and a personnel matter, the King William County Board of Supervisors voted to approve an agreement to contract library services to Library Systems & Services (LSS) and authorized the county administrator to execute the agreement. The board also approved a motion to make the contract a sole-source procurement.
