• Approve salary claims and general claims (agenda item 17): salary claims for February reported at $1,777,095.35; additional claim sets presented and approved. Motions moved and seconded; all carried.
• Approve claims related to the veil project (agenda item 17 continuation) including invoices to Austin Engineering, Architect Inc., and two invoices from TEGRA (combined amounts read into record); motion carried.
• Personnel action: approve hire of Cody Hoth as Highway Maintenance Tech 2 (effective 03/03/2025; Step 1, $22.35/hr). Motion moved by McElhaney, seconded by Gable; motion carried.
