At its Feb. 18 meeting the Houston County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a series of contracts, construction actions, mutual-aid and GDOT partnership requests, vehicle purchases and personnel changes. Most items passed with little discussion; several transportation projects will use SPLOST funding and state cooperation.
