MPO approves time extension for WSP USA Inc. on 2025MTP update; contract amount unchanged
The Laredo MPO Policy Committee approved Amendment No. 1 to extend the Metropolitan Transportation Plan update completion date from March 4 to June 4, 2025. Staff said the work remains on budget and the MTP has been accepted by federal reviewers.

The Laredo MPO Policy Committee on Feb. 19 approved contract amendment No. 1 with WSP USA Inc. to extend the completion date for the 2025to-2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan update from March 4, 2025, to June 4, 2025. The committee was told the contract amount will remain the same.
