Judge Mueller told the Clinton County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 18 that Chief Probation Officer Nancy Ward has notified the county she will retire in mid‑April after many years of service. Commissioners thanked Ward for her service and unanimously authorized posting the chief probation officer position internally to begin the recruitment process.
