Commission votes to enter executive session to discuss property acquisition
At the end of the staff meeting commissioners moved to enter executive session under RC Section 121.22 to discuss acquisition of property; the motion was seconded and the commissioners present voted yes.

At the conclusion of the Feb. 18 staff meeting, the commission chair moved that the body enter an executive session "pursuant to RC Section 121.22 to discuss the acquisition of property." Commissioner Denise Treehouse made the motion and it was seconded on the floor.
