On Feb. 18, 2025, the hearing master heard a plan development rezoning request (PD 20‑41135) and companion comprehensive plan amendment to change two parcels totaling 38.29 acres at County Road 579 (Mango Road) and Pruitt Road from RES‑2 to LIP to permit limited light industrial uses under a PD site plan branded “Mango Logistics Park.” The applicant, represented by counsel Ben Dachapalli and representatives from Provident Partners, proposed up to 532,000 square feet of limited light industrial uses and committed to transportation improvements.
