The Churchill County Planning Commission on Feb. 12 unanimously approved a special‑use permit for a home‑based dog training and boarding business proposed for 6150 Cox Road (APN 008‑11354), to be run by Jennifer Clark and operated principally by her son, Aiden Clark, under the name Manored Mutts.
